The Women’s Well Group

Starting in February, Sauna Therapy is offering a 5-series group for women at Le Sol House in Bishop Arts. This intimate women’s group is a space for those navigating the in-between seasons of life—your late twenties and thirties—when identity shifts, relationships evolve, and the question “Who am I becoming?” feels louder than ever.

This Group is For the Girls

Together, we’ll gather to explore the real, often unspoken experiences of womanhood: divorce and breakups, ex-partners who still linger in our nervous systems, the complexities of motherhood (or choosing not to become a mother), dating after loss, redefining family, intimacy, desire, boundaries, and starting over—again and again.

This group is facilitated by Anatasyia Boiko and Paige Swanson who value the deep connection between culture, relationships, and mental health. Boiko with a specialization in relationships and intimacy, the group is held with a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach—while always honoring each woman’s unique lived experience.

Each session blends guided conversation, reflective prompts, and gentle somatic grounding in a warm, beautifully curated environment at Le Sol House. The focus is on increasing self-awareness, strengthening communication, and fostering more meaningful, connected relationships—with others and with yourself.

This is not a place to perform healing.
It’s a place to be witnessed.
